Gülnur Camcı

Gülnur Camcı is the Chief Legal Counsel and Compliance Director of the Company, with over 25 years of experience in corporate and regulatory law. She graduated with honors from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1998 and has extensive expertise in energy law, competition law, intellectual property rights, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and insurance and reinsurance transactions. She advises senior management and the board on legal risk, regulatory compliance and governance matters, and has contributed to the World Bank’s Doing Business 2013 report for Turkey. She is also the author of “The New Challenge of the Insurance Sector: Autonomous Vehicles”, published in Sigortacı Gazetesi.
