Gonca Ulusoy

Born in Ankara in 1977, Gonca Ulusoy holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and a master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, specializing in Earthquake Risk Modeling. She began her professional career in 1999 at Emek Insurance. In 2002, she joined Şeker Insurance, followed by Aviva Insurance in 2004, where she held several key leadership roles across Reinsurance, Pricing & Underwriting, as well as Corporate Sales. She later served as Deputy General Manager at Dubai Starr Insurance and KMD Brokerage. Ulusoy joined GIG Sigorta in August 2016 and currently serves as Deputy General Manager, responsible for Technical Pricing and Reinsurance.In addition to her responsibilities in Türkiye, she has been serving as a Board Member of GIG Jordan and a member of the Risk Committee as of 2026.
